You agree not to:

Submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful

Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard standings
Share login credentials with others
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Platform Content

All original content, design, layout, branding, and source code of Challenge Citadel are the intellectual property of its creators and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

4.2 Third-Party References

Quiz questions may reference third-party works, including games, films, books, characters, and franchises. Such references are used for identification, commentary, and trivia purposes only.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and game titles remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Platform does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

4.3 Images and Media

Any images or media displayed on the Platform that relate to third-party works are used for informational, illustrative, or commentary purposes only.

Challenge Citadel does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us with sufficient details to identify the material in question. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content.

We reserve the right to remove any image or media at our discretion, without prior notice.

5. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a quiz, text, image, or any other content to Challenge Citadel, you:

Confirm that you own the content or have the legal right to submit it
Confirm that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
Grant Challenge Citadel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute the content on the Platform

You remain responsible for your submitted content.

We review submitted quizzes before publication but do not guarantee that all infringing content will be detected. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove content at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Challenge Citadel and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from content you submit.

6. Takedown Requests

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us with:

Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

We will review the request and take appropriate action where required.

7. Scores and Leaderboards

Scores are calculated automatically based on quiz performance. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove scores in cases of abuse, suspected cheating, technical errors, or violations of these Terms.

Leaderboard standings are provided solely for entertainment purposes and have no monetary or prize value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Maintenance, updates, security issues, or unforeseen technical problems may affect availability.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from downtime or technical issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Challenge Citadel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms
