Deleting your account in the app
If you are signed in, you can delete your account and all associated data from your profile page. There you will find the option to permanently delete your account.
Facebook login (Meta)
If you signed up with Facebook, you can also revoke access to Challenge Citadel and submit a data deletion request from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings โ Apps and websites.
- Find "Challenge Citadel" in the list of apps.
- Click the app and choose "Remove" or "Request data deletion".
After your request, you will receive a confirmation and your data stored with us will be deleted. You can track the status of your request on the page shown after you submit it.
Google login
If you signed up with Google, you can revoke Challenge Citadel's access to your Google account and remove the app from your list:
- Go to Google Account โ Security โ Third-party apps with account access (or "Apps with access to your account").
- Find "Challenge Citadel" in the list of apps.
- Click it and choose "Remove access" or "Revoke access".
Revoking access stops Challenge Citadel from using your Google account; it does not delete your account or data on our site. To remove your data from Challenge Citadel as well, delete your account from your profile.
Apple login
If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, you can revoke Challenge Citadel's access in your Apple ID settings:
- Go to Apple ID account page and sign in.
- Open Sign-In and Security โ Apps Using Your Apple ID.
- Find "Challenge Citadel" and tap it, then choose "Stop Using Apple ID".
Revoking access stops Challenge Citadel from using your Apple ID; it does not delete your account or data on our site. To remove your data from Challenge Citadel as well, delete your account from your profile.
